-Lined body, button at back of the neck but otherwise no closure.
-Exterior is soft chiffon with a gorgeous black and purple plaid throughout!
-Ruffled neckline and puffed sleeves with ruffled cuffs. Sleeves are sheer.
-Bottom features and elastic band which you position to adjust how the blouse hangs. Lower and its more like a tunic top, higher and it blouses beautifully!
-Sheer ruffles of chiffon on bottom.
