REGARDING TARRIFS: With the new f*scists in power there's talk of a tariff on Canadian goods entering the USA. Our only recourse are the customs forms attached to our parcels, which will indicate the value of goods inside and thus determine the tariffs applied. We're not saying it's gonna be listed below rate, that'd be mail fraud or something. But we “got you”, as the kids say.
FREE SHIPPING!- Shipping is now included in the price within North America (with tracking) and we’ve lowered our international rates too! Our regular shipping takes about a week to most of North America.
Outside of North America shipping is $15 and comes with tracking.
We ship worldwide (outside of EU/Northern Ireland- GPSR regulations are still a bit murky so we’ve paused delivery to those areas currently). We use a few different couriers to deliver our orders. Unfortunately we cannot control customs at borders.
*We ship Monday through Friday!
*Made to order print items still have unpredictable delivery dates. We cannot predict arrival times on any of our made to order print styles at this time, as we cannot control delivery times from our fabric supplier. On average they are taking 1-2 months approximately. We are unable to cancel print orders once they have begun production.
♥
We also offer upgraded rush shipping to the USA and Canada (overseas is prohibitively expensive so just email us- taeden@gloomth.com- if you’d like a quote on that).
USA- $20 extra and will be mailed with the fastest service available at the time, usually 1-2 days via Xpresspost or through a courier like UPS.
Canada- $20 extra and we will ship with the fastest service available at the time, generally Xpresspost or via courier.
♥ We are NOT responsible for delays or fees imposed by shipping carriers or at borders/customs. We will do our best to get your item to you in time for your event but we do not have a “money back” policy for items that arrive late (we aren’t a pizza company). We sadly cannot control postal services.
GPSR Info: As of Dec. 13th orders to the European Union and Northern Ireland require us to have an “economic officer” located there (um, we’re a tiny business in Canada but… ok) to make sure all our products are safe- failure to comply with this can incur enormous fines that would harm our small business greatly. This situation may be updated in future, but for now we are choosing to cease shipping to these regions directly until more information is released by the Commission. If you have questions please email us!
