| Feel like Gothic royalty in this Edwardian inspired neck-ruff shrug. The exterior is made of soft cotton blend, the body of this jacket is fully lined with black lining. The sleeves are not lined. The sleeves feature huge Princess style puffs at the shoulder. Add this shrug over a plain black tank top for an easy instantly Gothy look, or wear it with a corset clubbing! Cuffed with elegant pleats to frame the hand. The wrists are adorned with satin ribbon that can be tied in a pretty bow. A three layer neck-ruff frames your face at the collar. It consists of layers of organza, tulle, and cotton! Can be worn up and high or open and low. Ties with black satin ribbon at the neck. The shrug fastens with a button and flap, discretely concealed under the bow at the collar. This decadent shrug is sure to stop traffic! |
