| Originally created for Kimberly Freeman of the band "One Eyed Doll"! It's even named after one of their songs!!! (check out their music) This Visual Kei rockstar inspired skirt is sure to complete your favorite stage look, or just to add some edge to your daily style. With a comfortable elastic waist this skirt can be worn high on your natural waist or low on your hips- or anywhere in between. It is fully lined and has a built in petticoat that makes it sway and stay big and full! The exterior of the skirt is made of layers of dramatic ruffled cotton. The bottom ruffle of this skirt is made of bright blood red cotton and has a very tattered edge! Finished with a line of stitching so it won't fray away to nothing. This skirt was made to match the "Monster" corset top and would make a fantastic outfit with a pair of stripey tights and a Crown! This skirt can also be made in black and white, or any color scheme.
